Join us for a full day of environmental educator training and certification in Lost River Cave’s River Birch Room. This certification is for anyone interested in teaching others about the outdoors in formal or nonformal settings.

KAEE Core Curriculum Training
eeFacilitators Caroline Galdi (Lost River Cave), Jeanine Huss (Western Kentucky University) and Perry Thomas (KY Association for Environmental Education) will lead participants in a full day of dynamic learning.
By the end of the day, each participant will be certified in 3 nationally recognized environmental education curricula: Project WET, Project WILD, and Project Learning Tree. Copies of each curriculum book are included with registration.
Participants who complete the Core Curriculum training will also have completed the prerequisite for eeFacilitator training, which will take place at Lost River Cave on August 7th.
Pre-registration on the KAEE website is required. Registration fees are offered at a sliding scale. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided; participants should pack their own lunch.
