72 Society members protect and preserve the 72 acres of Lost River Cave. Each member’s 5-year commitment helps Lost River Cave plan for the future, making sure the land is preserved and free to the public today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

72 Society

The 72 Society, named for the 72 acres at Lost River Cave, strengthens and defends the future of Lost River Cave. Members of this group of active supporters are making a 5-year commitment to ensure the long-range sustainability of the Cave’s environmental resources and cultural history.  Their leadership enables us to plan for enhanced educational opportunities and visitor enjoyment; including trails, habitat restoration, and park amenities.

Five-year pledges of $1,000 or more annually by each of our 72 Society members provide promise for the future and allow Lost River Cave to make long-range plans. The gifts of 72 Society members protect and preserve the 72-acre park that is the foundation of Lost River Cave’s mission*. The land serves as a living laboratory used to educate and enrich lives through connections with nature.
