Let the gentle frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and nature guide you into deep relaxation, grounding, and connection with the earth beneath you. No experience needed—just bring a mat, a blanket, and an open heart. The class will be hosted by Molly Kerby with Re-Innovate-U, and a portion of ticket proceeds will support Lost River Cave! Check-in kicks off at 6:00 pm, with the class starting at 6:30 pm.
