Randy Brooks, a Louisville native, is the songwriter behind the iconic holiday hit “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer,” a song that has become a Christmas classic, enjoying years of worldwide airplay and inspiring an animated TV special that has aired countless times.
On Monday evening, December 9th, Randy will take the stage at Water Wheel Round 69, joined by Nashville-based songwriter Marc-Alan Barnette (“Tables and Chairs” and “The Grand Opening”) and Bowling Green’s own Dan Modlin (“Sara Gets a Second Chance”). The trio will perform an evening of original acoustic music in the round, showcasing their unique songwriting talents.
